WANG Zhaohui, aged 58, is currently the chief planner of Greentown China, primarily responsible for product R&D, architecture design, fine decoration design and landscape management, overseeing the R&D and design center as well as the business of North China Regional Company. Mr WANG graduated from Tongji University, South China University of Technology and Tsinghua University, with a doctoral degree in Engineering. He is a senior urban planner and a state-registered urban planner. Mr WANG has more than 20 years of extensive experience in real estate development and management. From 1991 to 2002, he worked at China Academy of Urban Planning and Design under the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, during which time he served as the head planner. Mr WANG joined Greentown in 2002 and served as the chief planning officer of Greentown Real Estate Group during the period from 2002 to 2012. Since 2017, he successively served as the director of Greentown Innovation Construction Management Co., Ltd., the vice president of Greentown China and the general manager of Greentown Living Service Group and Beijing Greentown Investment Company Limited. He was appointed as the chief planner of Greentown China on 17 July 2025.
